Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup or delivery, you'll receive an email with further details.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available daily between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You'll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within the Lower Mainland. Enter your address at checkout to see if local delivery is available for your order.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

You'll receive an email with further details once your order is ready for delivery.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Canada: $15 CAD flat-rate shipping
United States: $25 CAD flat-rate shipping
Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We do not currently ship outside of Canada or the United States.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable duties, taxes or import fees. Any charges incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
